U.S. Customers: For your convenience, VKNAGRANI phone and Internet purchases that shipped to a U.S. address may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Our golden ticket is limited to one use per customer only.
You can send the purchases back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address.
- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
- The item number of the merchandise, if available.
