CULTURE: History

As we enter our 11th year, I find myself in pursuit of more. Eleven years ago, I founded The Ovadafut Hosiery Company in the hopes of creating not just the best product I could, but to also build a company that I could be proud of. The plan, as it was 11 years ago was simply to be the best I could be. Albeit naïve, I sought only to work with the best and to be able to call those whom I worked with a friend first before a client.

As we enter this season, I am happy to report that we have stayed true to our original philosophy. For many, I am the furthest thing from a success story. The collection remains at only a handful of stores, production still does not exceed 312 units per colour. The mass population has no idea who I am. However, I consider the past 11 years to be the best ever and look forward to the next 11. We have transformed the way men perceive hosiery, we have created perhaps the most comfortable underwear in the world, and the t-shirts have proven to be the 'must have' for every gentleman who appreciates true luxury. We have developed the first prototypes of what could be the best lounge wear in the market. VK Nagrani ORGANIC is something I have been working on for sometime, and finally, this fall, the collection is expected to be ready.

I want to thank each and every one of you who have made the past 11 years so wonderful. As I did when I started, I work to continuously impress you and offer you a new experience with each season. I will never be able to thank you enough.
