1999: The Ovadafut Hosiery Company (OHC) was founded. With the help of Dezmazieres-Drino of France, V.K. Nagrani created the first collection comprising of 312 pieces.

2001: The collection consisted of six patterns from France and six patterns manufactured by Mario Bertoletti in Italy.

2002: V.K. Nagrani moves OHC from Los Angeles to New York.

2003: After a brief stint with the department stores, V.K. Nagrani decides to forego all department store business and focuses on family owned specialty stores.

2004: V.K. Nagrani begins researching and testing underwear concepts and commences a relationship with the Farah brothers of Peru.

2006: A lack-luster debut of the first underwear collection; it was back to the drawing board.

2007: Fernando Farah introduces Connie and Caterine Calderon who help develop the second generation of underwear using Pima cotton.

2008-2011: Never ending visits to each retail store to promote the socks, underwear and the new Organic cotton loungewear.
